DIALOGIC PRINCIPLES

A living organisation has in-built health and vitality, and can change and sustain itself through altering circumstances.  Imposed changes are not required because the organisation naturally adapts.  The Dialogic Principles are fundamental for a living organisation.  The Principles are Potential, Participation, Coherence and Awareness.  The extensive use of a Dialogic approach and the Dialogue Skills would realise these Principles.
