visit by virginia state governor to dialogue training
Virginia State Governor Terry McAuliffe joined the Extended Leadership Team of the Department of Juvenile Justice on August 19th, during one of the Dialogue Trainings run by Prison Dialogue Council Members Jane Ball and Peter Garrett. The Agency is part-way through an ambitious Transformation change agenda to significantly reduce both recidivism and the length of stay for those juveniles who need to be incarcerated in their facilities.
